For standard orders, all products are usually delivered to our customers anywhere in India within 7 working days of placing an order with us. This timeline may vary depending on the order location. Shipping is free for customers in India.

All deliveries are scheduled through reputed couriers. You will receive a tracking number and notification once the delivery partner dispatches your order. We generally ship through Bluedart, Delhivery, DHL, or FedEx Logistics wherever possible, or we use other reputed courier service providers in case these are unavailable for your region.

We currently only offer shipping within India. For international orders, please contact us directly to inquire about availability and shipping options. We plan to expand our shipping services globally in the future.

Returns or replacements are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, or an incomplete order, please contact us within 24 hours at customersupport@ionfragrances.com with pictures, and we will try our best to assist you
Due to health reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on fragrances where the packaging has been opened, used or tampered.
Shipping costs are non-refundable for returned, undelivered, unclaimed, or refused packages. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a shipping error on our part.
Returns must be carefully packed to avoid damage during transit. If the returned product is received damaged, we reserve the right to destroy the item upon arrival, and no refund will be issued.
Return requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the parcel. Please include your Order ID, Full Name, and Email on the return parcel.
Refunds are subject to approval by our customer service team. If eligible, refunds will be processed to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery purchases, customers must provide bank details to receive the refund.
Note: All refunds are made after deducting a 2.5% fee to cover payment gateway charges.
For failed online transactions, refunds are automatically processed to the source account and may take up to 7 working days.
Note: Damage/Defective reports are to be made within 48 hrs of receiving the parcel.
