If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel it anytime if the parcel has not been dispatched.
To cancel your order:
- Contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order details.
- If the order has not been dispatched, we will process the cancellation and issue a full refund to the original payment method.
If the order has already been dispatched:
- Cancellation will no longer be possible.
- Please refer to our return and refund policy for further guidance.

Failed Online Transactions
- Refunds for failed transactions are automatically processed to the original payment source.
- Processing time may take up to 7 working days, depending on the bank.
Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are subject to approval by our customer service team. Please review our return policy.
- If approved, refunds will be processed as follows:
- Online Payments: Refunded to the original payment method.
- Cash on Delivery Purchases: Customers must provide bank account details to receive the refund.
Refund Deductions
- All refunds are processed after deducting a 2.5% fee to cover payment gateway charges.
